Program Overview
Our food pantry is located at 9 W. Main Street (The First UMC of Norfolk), in Norfolk, NY. We are a five day food pantry, which means that each person in the household receives the equivalent of 15 meals per visit. Visits are limited to once per month, with the exception of extenuating circumstances. We are also a self-certifing food pantry, which means we do not require proof of income. When you come to sign up you will need the names and birthdates of all members of the household. You will also need to bring reusable grocery bags or boxes to carry your food home. Finally, we are a Client Choice Pantry which means you are given a specific number of points ( based on the number in your household) and you get to select the foods you want. You are not required to use all the points you are given.

Program Qualifications
In order to qualify for food at our food pantry, you must reside in the Town of Norfolk and your income should be under the guidelines of the Food Bank Of CNY.

Program Overview

The Community Lunch Program for Kids provides boxes of nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner food items to families residing in the Norwood Norfolk School Districr prior to school vacations and every two weeks during the summer starting in mid-June.  The amount of food given is based on the number of children in the household. Qualifying children are birth to age 18 ( though we do not carry formula or baby food). This food is meant to replace the food children would be receiving from the free breakfast/ lunch program if they were at school. Elgibility guidelines for this program are the same as any food pantry affiliated with the Food Bank of CNY.

Families must be signed up to participate in this program.  We have rolling admissions and families can call 315.212.0520 to sign up.
Families are called the weekend prior to a food distribution to remind them of an upcoming distribution. Distributions generally take place on the Wednesday before school vacations between 3:30-6:30 p.m. at The Norfolk Raymondville Food Pantry located at 9 W. Main Street, Norfolk, NY.
