Location Overview
Horse Meadow Senior Center is committed to promoting the health, independence, and overall well-being of older adults throughout our community. A core part of our mission is ensuring access to nutritious food through a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of seniors and other vulnerable residents.
Our services include congregate lunches that provide healthy meals and opportunities for social connection, home-delivered meals for individuals who are unable to travel to the center, and a food pantry that offers supplemental groceries to those experiencing food insecurity. Together, these programs help reduce hunger, improve nutrition, and enhance quality of life while fostering a strong sense of community and support.

Home Delivered Meals
The HDM Program provides meals to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities who may be unable to prepare meals or travel to the senior center. Volunteers deliver hot meals five days a week directly to participants homes, helping address food insecurity while also providing regular wellness checks and social interaction. Through this program there is also the ability to order frozen meals to be enjoyed on the weekends, meaning participants have access to healthy meals seven days a week.
