We are a grocery program, we also offer information of assistive programs, donated items, clothing, and books.  We also have a nurse available at the church most Fridays.  OSF has a van in the church parking lot the last Friday of each month to check blood pressures, blood sugar, cholesterol.   

We require that you bring a picture ID (if possible) for the main person coming to the pantry.  We use the "Link2Feed" computer system for registration and will need name, date of birth, address, phone number for the primary person who will be coming to the pantry, and name and birthday for each person in the household.  If you are already registered, you may have a computer ID number or a Link2Feed tag that we can use to access your information.
