Tue

7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

1st Week of Month

Open from 7 am until noon, or until food runs out.

ClosedSunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Program Overview

Households may receive USDA foods once per month and must reside in Clay County. Recipients must meet the income guidelines that have been set for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Recipients can self-declare the following information to determine program eligibility: name, address, family size, and combined monthly income of the household.

USDA foods are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Food Bank of Northeast and the U.S. Department of Agriculture prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity. Food Bank staff/volunteers will utilize a translation app to accommodate persons with limited English proficiency.

Recipients will only be allowed to pick up USDA foods for themselves unless designated as an authorized representative for another qualified household. To pick up food items for a shut-in, elderly person, or other qualified household, the person picking up the food must have signed authorization with the following information from the person they are picking up for: name, address, family size, and combined monthly income of the household receiving the food. Case workers picking up for large groups must make prior arrangements with the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas.

For more information about the distribution of USDA foods or questions concerning eligibility for this program, contact the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas by calling 870-932-3663 or emailing usda@foodbankofnea.org.

Clothes Closet

We receive these items free of charge and we do not charge and fees for neighbors to receive clothing.  Because of this we expect that neighbors receiving items from our clothing distributions will not be placing these items in yard sales, consignment stores, or marketplace.  If we see that you are getting items to take to sale for profit, you will be banned from the mission.

Program Overview

Clothing is distributed on the second Tuesday of every month from 8 am - noon.  The Agape Mission Outreach's clothing assistance program serves around a hundred neighbors each month.

If you have clothing donations for the AMO you may contact Mrs. Linda Leach at 870-857-1520 or find her on Facebook messenger and leave her a message.  Donations are accepted by appointment only.  We ask that you DO NOT leave items at any of the doors around the mission.  These items get damaged by weather and pests and must be thrown away without being opened.

Program Qualifications
Neighbors are only allowed to choose items for themselves and those that currently live in their house.  They may not get clothes items for family members or neighbors that do not live full time in their house.
